Accessibility statement
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use xponentia.com and reach us easily. Last reviewed October 3, 2026.
Our goal
We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility problems as bugs to fix.
What we've done
- Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks and a "skip to content" link
- Full keyboard access with a visible focus outline
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, with decorative graphics hidden from screen readers
- Color contrast that meets WCAG AA for text and controls
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and at up to 400% zoom without sideways scrolling
- Respect for your device's reduced-motion setting
- Links that open a new tab say so to screen reader users
How we test
We check every page with automated accessibility testing (axe-core, against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA rules) at desktop and mobile sizes, and by hand with a keyboard, including zoom and small-screen layouts. We re-check when the site changes.
Third-party tools
Some links lead to services we don't control, including our client portal (Freshworks Freshservice), GoTo remote support and our one-time secret tool. If one of those gets in your way, contact us and we'll help you another way.
